So this is the place to gather and discuss SDCC and Korra! If you find something we haven't found yet main-site wise, don't hesitate to post it here! We want to hear ALL of your thoughts about what's being revealed and all that. So get to discussing, Avatar is back in action folks!

What gets me psyched is seeing the KorraKrew. A firebender and an earthbender on the team, with a fully realized Avatar? Fights are going to be epic right from the start of this show.

Now they have no need to explain bending each element, or with kids just learning how to bend, they get to dive right into the deep end with this show.

That poster speaks volumes about the up coming awesome.


Observations made by Jon and I in the poster:


-The Firebender is wearing very similar garb to the anti-bender visible to the right of the Earthbender and Korra. Note the torso pattern and scarf.
-That same anti-bender is holding some sort of a weapon in his left hand. An anti-bender to the left of the Firebender is twirling a weapon, as well.
-Skyscrapers with lights are visible in the background.
-Railroad seems to visible below Korra and the Earthbender.
-The Firebender seems to bear a striking resemblance to Mai and Zuko.
-The anti-bender fighters have a red dot of some sort on their heads, similar to the Masked Man's dot on his mask.

This new poster has heightened my excitement for the show more than it already was, and it was pretty high before. Heck, the new poster was used for my new sig. I'm very interested to learn more about the masked man, and the fire and earth benders behind Korra. Begin the shipping!

Thanks to this trailer, I foamed all last night during the production of Chicago. Now everyone in the cast knows I'm a flamin'-hotman avatard, and I really couldn't care less as long as I can keep looping this trailer.

Also...it uprooted the three avatards in the cast, and we totally bonded. xD

Yeah, due to the trailer, all I could think about was Korra Korra Korra while I was hanging out with my friends last night. *pulls of scalpel* Now it's time to dissect!

This is my moment to make full use of my bragging rights to Sparticus and all who sided with him in the debate about whether or not other Earthbenders COULD bend metal.

Following the war, Toph apparently traveled the world and taught her metalbending ability to fellow earthbenders.

I think it's really coll that they named Mako after the original voice actor for Uncle Iroh.
