Your randomness is quantifiable and follows the Uncertainty Principle just as Tera did. I don't have to know your true personality because knowing that information would make me lose all knowledge about some other important piece of information.

But the knowledge that you have a quantum nature puts you squarely in range for me to make randomness happen.

Allow me to demonstrate what I meant. I cannot be certain that you will do anything, much less when you will summon randomness, but I do not need to.

By claiming the ability to predict you, you will act in a manner contrary to my prediction purely to spite me and prove me wrong. So whenever I wish to have you summon the randomness, all I need is to provoke you into wanting to do it yourself and then you will do it by whatever means are necessary for such things to happen.

How am I to provoke you into doing anything? First I must polarize your interaction with some controllable element, in this case myself, so that by changing my interaction with you, I make you like/dislike me (in this case it would be generally "dislike", it is all a part of the plan). Then once I have control in the sense that I can make you dislike me by acting like a pompous ass (not too far of a stretch for me, unfortunately), I have secured a means of provoking you into some action. Probabilistically, so long as you keep posting here you will eventually summon the randomness when stimulated with the correct provocation.
