I like the episode for a simple reason: It shows how much background research Braike did.

First of all, the chakra's. Not that big of a deal.
Secondly, the Chakra meditations. Aang holds his hands in the correct "mudra" during the opening of every chakra. A mudra is the way you hold your hand during a meditation, and every chakra has its own

It's kinda funny, the speech sounds like it's the "big admitting of it"

I liked the chakras:
Earth chakra is located at the base of the spine and is blocked by fear
Water chakra deals with pleasure and is blocked by guilt
Fire chakra deals with will power and is blocked by shame
Heart deals with love and blocked by grief
Sound located in the throat deals with truth and is blocked by lies
Light deals with insight and is blocked by illusion
thought deals with pure cosmic energy blocked by attachment

It is kind of creepy seeing Zuko so cheerful. Sure, you want the guy to be happy, but maybe not that happy.

The chakras was pretty interesting though. Have Aang face a lot of things he wouldn't want to. Of course he failed at the end there, no surprise.

Funny to watch Feng Long acting like he knows everything while getting played just as much by Azula as anyone.
